MSI CR 420-406XMY offered at cheap prices

I recently went to the computer center in Jakarta, took my friend who wanted to buy a cheap notebook with bugget.
with a low bugget hoping to get a notebook with specs bagus.tetapi the price of 3 million if he could get a good spec? I do not think so.
